ORA Iraq has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Ri’aya Al-Shamela Company, part of the leading ASCO Group, during the launch event of “THE ONE” Villas, held on 5 October at the Madinat Al Ward Sales Center. The MoU was signed by Mr. Ibrahim Karam, CEO of ORA Iraq, and Dr. Atheer Al-Sheikhly, CEO of ASCO Group, marking an important step toward providing dedicated healthcare services and medical clinics for the first residential community at Madinat Al Ward.
